    Hey All

    I have a situation where we have sales reps where we synced a lot of contacts into their outlook that are not needed and now that we took off the filter they are not tracked by dynamics but they are still sitting in there outlook instead of being removed. Is there a way to remove these contacts from outlook?

    I have seen similar issues with duplicate activities after the client was uninstalled.
    There are two custom fields you can add to a view in Outlook that will help you identify the items previously tracked to CRM so you can easily remove. I believe these were for the Outlook client but I would expect the same is still true for the app.
    The fields were crmid (text) and crmlinkstate (number).
