    We have developed the Sales Hub app and we are in the process of training the Sales teams. As part of the training preparation, we add the Sales, Enterprise App Access role to the individuals in the training sessions.

    Once they are fully trained using the Sales Hub, we want to remove access to the legacy app (web client).

    I am looking for a way that I can set-up users as follows:
    Sales (trained) - Unified Interface/Sales Hub only
    Sales (untrained) - Web Client/Legacy App only

    We have tested with enabling Unified Interface only, it shows the Legacy App in the Unified Interface with a warning. We don't want to show users anything in the Unified Interface until is it ready and the users are trained.

    @Becky Beaucher - Access to the "Sales Hub" app can be controlled by Security Roles. To access this navigate to "Settings/My Apps"

    Click the 3 dots on the side of the tile for the "Sales" or "Sales Hub" app, and select "Manage Roles".

    Put a checkmark next to the roles that should have access to the app and click "Save".
