    Hi,

When I hover over a contact or a user lookup field I get a popup card showing email address, work number & address (see below)

Does anyone know if this is customisable? It would be very helpful if I could add in additional fields.

    Kind regards,

    Hi Sean,

I expect that is one of the Quick View Forms. They will have their own one for the Contact and the User within it's entity.

    Hi Sean,

I believe this is pulling from their "Profile card' in Outlook/Skype for Business using the "Enable presence for the system" setting (Advanced Settings > Administration > System Settings > General tab).

I think you'll find the information you need at the bottom of this article, in the "For admins" section: Customize the profile card contact section.  It involves editing registry keys for Office 2013 / Office 2016.

Ben, that does appear to be what I'm dealing with. Thanks for the link.
