  • 1.  Unable to open email attachments in Timeline

    We have some cases where we are trying to open the email attachments in the Timeline and we get this message:

    "Could not download the file. Please refresh the page and try again."

    We have tried different browsers and cleared the cache.  We confirmed the attachments in Outlook can be opened, just in case there was an issue in Outlook.

    We are storing our attachments in Azure Blob.

    What addon or plugin are you using to move attachments to blob?

    We are using the MS Labs solution.  We know if it is not supported any longer, but we are on the latest version of it.  It is not every case, just an occasional one.
