    Hello,

    Can someone please help! We install v.9 Outlook Plugin and we cannot open the configuration wizard. We get a windows update error, do we need a specific windows version in order to use the configuration wizard? Help me resolve does not give any information. I am able to go through Outlook and sync to our organization by using the tab for D365 in Outlook.

    OS build is 17763.1039 and Version 1809

    Out of curiosity: why are you installing the plugin if you already have the app installed and working?
