  • 1.  User Personal Dashboards Disappeared

    Hello All, 

    I've done a bit of research and can't find a discussion for this specific issue. I have a user that created multiple personal dashboards that no longer appear in his dashboard selection drop down. The personal views are still accessible through Advanced Filter. He cleared his cache and did an IISRESET which did not resolve the issue. He is the only user experiencing this issue. 

    Any input is greatly appreciated.

    Debbie,  have you looked at his dashboard via xrmtoolbox ?   to see if you can see them that way also if the user gave assign rights to a dashboards some one could have taken it and not given the user who owned it org. access back? just a thought

    I have not used XRMToolBox. Which Tool would I select to view his dashboard?

    Debbie,

    I would use Personal user views migration and click on the user to see if you can see the dashboard they say they "" own or look at other user to see if another user "" owns it

    Thank you for your input. Unfortunately, we weren't able to identify the issue. The user is re-creating his dashboards.
