Tracking Email from Quick Campaign

    Using the In App Marketing module, we created a test marketing list using internal contacts and generated an e-mail Quick Campaign. The email was successful, however it is noted under the conacts Email Engagement "Recipient activity will not be followed".

    We activated the Sale Insights. Are there other organization settings required?
