    Whilst we await the public preview of some of the features of the Omni-Channel Engagement Hub, I wondered who is considering adopting this technology and what you are most looking forward to?

    We will sticking with our third party chat provider (Drift) for now.
    We see chat as being a lead capture channel rather than a support channel.
    We mostly have bots rather than live chat (although we do that as well).

    Hi Donal,

    Yes, maybe it wouldn't be the best fit for you guys. There's lots of options out there already and I figure until we have more details we won't truly know what its' capabilities are, or how well it delivers.
