CRM Mobile App- activity phone call

    I am testing the mobile app and I notice that when I add a contact and try to create a phone call it only allows me to "quick create" and the phone number doesn't populate for my contact in the phone call activity (it also bypasses some required fields). Do I need to pull something in on the form on my end? I am assuming its a user error and I need to do something? 2nd image you can see I have phone numbers listed.

    @Heather Laughlin - Something to consider about the "Phone Number" field on the Phone Call activity record: This is a single field. If the activity is related to a Contact (referencing your second screen shot), there are multiple phone number fields. The activity doesn't "know" which field to pull from.  ​

    You may want to see if field mapping can work for you when creating the phone call activity. However, if the activity is not created FROM the contact, then the phone number value won't populate. Meaning, if you create the activity from the "Activities" area and select "New" and fill in the activity from scratch.

    @Heather Laughlin I agree that there should be some way to set a default phone number for the client that crm would use to auto-populate the activity with. We wrote some js to auto populate the number with the contacts "Business Phone Number" ​
