Uninstalling Project Service Automation

    Hi all,
We're on D365 CE Online.  I'm trying to uninstall the managed PSA solution layers and have got down to the remaining ProjectService solution with the 5 dependencies below...

I don't know what the Web Resources are used for so I don't want to mess around and potentially break something.  Any ideas on what they do and whether I can remove the PSA depedencies from the Web Resources without deleting the Web Resources themselves?

I'm unable to delete the Entity Relationship (not sure why it is listed twice) as it is linked to a number of forms, a process and another entity relationship.  I'm trying to work through each dependency one by one but fallen at the first hurdle and can't break the link with the forms.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Are there any tools out there that can help with uninstalling managed solution layers?

Thanks Beth, I had seen that link and gone through the suggestion before I posted.  Unfortunately the suggestions didn't help.

@Mark Aston Good Luck my friend.... My organization has had this same trouble. I currently have a MS Ticket open and have for over a month. We have just came to a solution that has involved extensive Developer work on the MS side. They are supposed to be giving me the documentation in order to remove PSA myself in the next short while. My best recommendation would be to open a support request for them to assist you. However, once I have the documentation I don't mind to share with the community on their results. I haven't seen this document yet however, but I do not believe it to be environment or tenant specific because in our communications the support agent has described this as a potential bug due to the circular dependencies inside of managed solutions.

Thanks for the update on your situation @Erik Seitz.  If you could share the documentation that would be great.

I'll try one more time to remove the dependencies but if I can't then I'll open a MS support ticket.

@Mark Aston, save your sanity. I recently closed a six-week ticket with Microsoft, part of which dealt with this PSA issue. In the end, the solution won and remained in our system. The only consolation I have is that the support engineer agreed that as a managed solution, I should have been able to remove it. The best we can surmise is that the Wave 2 rollout installed it along with FS even though neither was a part of our system.

    I'm looking forward to @Erik Seitz's discovery.

Thanks for the advice @Patrick Wright, MCSE.  I'm really surprised that PSA and FS were installed as part of wave 2.  We only PSA in all our environments and FS is only in 1 sandbox but thankfully wasn't installed to our other environments during wave 2.  Its frustrating when the engineer agrees with you but they can't do anymore for you or it your request gets blocked by the MS Product Group.

As I've got the remaining dependencies down to a handful I'd feel defeated if I let the PSA solution win now as I really want to remove any unnecessary managed solution layers (I'd like to get rid of Playbooks which were automatically installed as I can't see us using the functionality).
