We copied our Production environment down to our Non-Production environment and discovered an issue with both environments accessing the same SharePoint environment, causing cross-contamination.  This happened even after changing the SharePoint URL within our Test environment.

We found out we also need to drill into the Default Site and update the Absolute URL as that isn't getting updated automatically.

Microsoft said this is a bug they are working on a fix for.

If you are using SharePoint out-of-the-box integration with Customer Engagement I recommend you double-check to make sure your Production and Non-Production documents aren't getting mixed together.
