    Good morning!

    We have an issue that seems to be isolated to a single user. This user is working in the unified interface in a custom model-driven app. He has a personal view of the Opportunity records that he exports on a monthly basis. He has been using Chrome to access Dynamics. Everything worked fine until this month when he received a sad-face paper icon with a message saying "Your file was not found. It may have been moved or deleted." The one thing that has changed is that he got a new laptop.

    Things we have tried/looked into:
    • Does it work in classic? Yes, everything exports correctly for the same user.
    • Does it work in another browser from the model-driven app? Yes, IE worked fine.
    • Can others export from the unified interface in Chrome? Yes, two of us have successfully exported.

    Since it works for him in IE and in classic, his security settings shouldn't be the issue.

    One thing I haven't had them test is if he can export any other view, so I will do that. Anyone have any other ideas of settings or things to check?

    Julie, recently there have been a lot of issues (particularly with downloading files) using Chrome and Dynamics 365. I am guessing this would be related.
    Also there was a previous thread from last week on this group that hopes to fix the download issue with Chrome. You can try it.
