  • 1.  Field Service - Managing a work order with multiple resources

    I know how to add the multiple Resources to a single/booked work order on the schedule board, my question is around the management of the work order.

    Once the first resource is booked, then you drag the booked work order to other resources it doesn't automatically set the time to match the first resources scheduled time. 

    Also, If there is a schedule change and you make a change to one of the resources booked work order on the schedule board, it doesn't update it on the other resources schedules.  You have to manually update it.  Is there a way to automate this to where if one is updated, it updates it for all resources scheduled on the one work order?

    We do not want to use crews for resource management in this scenario.
