Unable to Access Charts under Case Entity

After switched to Unified Interface, we aren't able to access the system charts we've created under the Case entity, neither can we create new charts. Both came back with Unexpected Error.

We still can create and make edits on the system views and forms, just not the charts. We repurposed the case entity to keep track of sales activities versus system incidents. Inside the case entity, it says restricted entity. Not sure if that has anything to do with the charts.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? What's your solution?

    Thanks!

I think you need to create a support case with Microsoft regarding the error. I experienced something similar, but not related to charts, after a silent update from Microsoft a while back which they were able to fix.

The restricted entity is shown as Case entity requires that the users have a Dynamics 365 for Customer Service, Enterprise edition or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement plan or Dynamics 365 plan. You can find more information about restricted entities here.
