Thank you
@Nelson Johnson for bringing up the 'Best Answer' feature!
If anyone is not familiar with the feature - when you create a new thread, you have the ability to reward an answer that helped you the most (see image below) on that specific thread. Liking posts and awarding best answer help other community members identify posts that were particularly helpful. When you 'like' a person's post, they get
extra points. When you award the best answer, that person gets additional points as well as the
'Simply the Best' badge in their achievements area on their profile!

Subject: excel exports in chrome adding single quotes before and after files
Rod,
This is the same problem as the solution file export in this thread:
https://www.crmug.com/communities/community-home/digestviewer/viewthread?GroupId=1285&MessageKey=32d6fdee-25b4-4a91-9e1b-34cb7c6549ab&CommunityKey=dc83c23b-ede0-4070-ae7a-dd90859148a6&tab=digestviewer&ReturnUrl=%2fparticipate%2fdiscussion-forum
Several people have posted workarounds while we wait for the battle of the titans (MS and Google) to resolve it.

Subject: excel exports in chrome adding single quotes before and after files
While attempting to export from the crm, users are experiencing an odd issue. Excel exports from chrome are adding single quotes before and after file names. This prevents users from quickly opening files in excel. Once the users rename the files, excluding the single quotes, all works well. Conversely, everything is working fine with internet explorer: no file renaming is needed.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
