"Enhanced" email or Rich Text email in Classic View

The Unified Interface has an improved email experience, however it lacks several features (customized ribbon commands, on demand workflows, etc.). Has anyone used the Enhanced Email Management solution from Microsoft Labs (link below)? What has feedback been?

I am testing it out now. One thing I noticed is that the "Insert Signature" function does not work in the new form it creates (Email_Desc).

What other solutions have you used?

Hi @Adam Posegate, I'm interested to know whether the Enhanced Email Management app allows users to easily embed images in the body of an email (e.g. without them being hosted).  The fact that the opening line on the AppSource page says "this solution provides Outlook-like capabilities to the CRM Email Editor" fills me with confidence.  The majority of our users don't use the CRM email editor because they can't embed images and then end up having to use the Outlook plugin/App for Outlook to manually track emails.  This would be a huge time saver if users can embed images as this still can't be done easily in the Unified Interface.

For info for other users seeing this message, the Enhanced Email Management app is FREE.

I installed this to my v9 instance and could not see any difference in the RUI.

Email Templates are still stuck in 2010.
