    I just had a user ask if its possible to get all his phone calls to sync to his outlook. Under the personalization setting there is a tab for synchronization and options. I don't know if I can adjust this for just HIM or if it will reset to include all users? I don't want this to sync for all users.

    Trying to figure it out below, but I see phone call is set to inactive. However, if I adjust this to equal his name will it just reflect all phone calls in his name? the other issue is the phone calls he wants to transfer on his outlook are in my name because it is a workflow set up as reminders for expiry calls. I dont see how that will reflect to his Outlook since I am the owner of those? Has anyone done this?
