Power Automate deployment issues

    Hi All,

    I try to deploy the power automate from dev to test. In dev I am the owner and in test we use another account for deployment.
    I did deployment but the flow is turn off(not active). I try to turn on but I get error.

    the user "xxxx" does not have a service plan adequate for the non-Standard connection.

    anybody faced same issue with power automate deployment?

    let me know what could be issue.

    Does the account you are trying to run it under in Test have a full license?
    Is the power automate part of a D365 solution?
