Knowledge Base Search Control - Content Textbox Size

I've successfully placed a Knowledge Base Search control into a form. Too easy.

The Knowledge Base Search control has two primary screens: (1) the main search screen and (2) the article screen. The article screen displays the selected article and its content within a textbox--for the purpose of this post, I will refer to this as the "content textbox".

Everything about the Knowledge Base Search control works as intended; however, the content textbox was too small--its height dimension only allowed for a few lines of the article to be displayed resulting in a poor viewing experience. So here's how I solved that problem:

    1. Edit the form
    2. Double-click the Knowledge Base Search control
    3. In the Set Properties dialog box and the Formatting tab, I changed the Number of Rows to 25
    4. Published the form
    Problem solved!

But then I discovered I had another issue:

All of the above-described situation occurred in the traditional Dynamics 365 interface. When the form is opened up in Customer Service Hub/Unified Interface, the Knowledge Base Search control behaves very differently. The search screen looks and behaves correctly; however, the content textbox appears tiny again. The Number of Rows settings that I had updated and published doesn't seem to affect the Customer Service Hub/Unified Interface experience (see screenshots).

Any idea how to approach this issue so that both interfaces can have a pleasing viewing experience?

    Thanks in advance.
The Knowledge Base Search Control is inserted into its own tab in the form. The Line settings is set to 25 and allows a better viewing experience of the content.
The Knowledge Base Search Control (on the same form) appears tiny, resulting in a clunky viewing experience. Increasing the Line option does not appear to change thew presentation.
