Capture Customer Approval from Order Entity

I'm looking for a solution for our 2015 on-prem instance. We need to allow the sales rep (phone sales) to quickly send a document with order details and t&c's to a customer via email. The customer will then esign and the completed document would be stored on the order record.

Has anyone implemented Adobe Sign or any other tool. Looking for suggestions for a simple solution. Important to us are speed, ability to auto fill form fields from the order detail record, cost (under 10 users), and ease of implementation.

    Hi Scott

That is a very good use case to consider a third party tool where you can create automated document flows.

If you want to have a little bit more flexibility and keep the ease of use of Word for designing good looking documents, you might want to take a look at Xpertdoc Smart Flows for Dynamics 365. User-friendliness and automated document flows are key here.
It will allow you to map your fields from CRM, based upon the fields in your order. Quick and easy wizard driven mapping in Word.
We have a core integration with DocuSign, but also AssureSign and OneSpan. This allows you to automatically define a flow that sends out the document to the recipient via DocuSign and then have the signed document picked up back again in your CRM as a note attachment on the order record or stored automatically in SharePoint.

Good thing is, you can try it out for free via a trial that we can set up on your specific instance.

For more information, please take a look onto our website, and do not hesitate in contacting me should you require more information: Xpertdoc Smart Flows for Microsoft Dynamics 365 | Xpertdoc

    Scott,

There may be other solutions on the market, but I know our mscrm-addons.com DocumentsCorePack makes the document creation and processing easy, and our integration with AssureSign for E-Signature for CRM 2015 handles the E-Signature component.

We are also integrated with DocuSign for Dynamics 365 Online and are about to release our integration with AdobeSign.  But for your CRM 2015 On-premise, I would check out our mscrm-addons.com DocumentsCorePack integration with AssureSign for E-Signature.  I attached a previously recorded webinar to get a better idea of this functionality.  Or feel free to reach out to me and I can show you more examples.
