Email To Case Fails To Create Case When Email Subject Is Blank

    Prior to this weekend, in version 9.1.0.11437 and earlier, our Email to Case process would create a Case even if the Email Subject was blank.  Once a User opened the Case record they would have to add a Case Title because it is a required field.  Since the minor update over the weekend to version 9.1.0.11732, the email comes into CRM but the Email to Case process no longer creates a Case.

    I could not find any reference to anything like this in the update release notes.  Has anyone else noticed this behavior?

    The issue was a logic change between these 2 versions.  Previously I did not need to test to see if the subject was blank before checking to see if it contained a specific value, now i do.

    We are on version 9.1.0000.11732. I sent a test email to one of our shred mailboxes without a subject and it successfully created a case with blank case title...

    We are also on version 9.1.0.11733 but not seeing this issue. Emails with blank subjects are still being converted into cases with a blank Case Title. What error does the failed case creation workflow indicate?
