  • 1.  Activity Views- Calendar

    I have some random issues occurring with activity views and dashboards.

    1. Some users have system views showing in a calendar view, others do not see that view. Only way i know to fix it globally is in the customization - but this does not seem relevant if it is only happening for select users.  We correct it for them on that particular view, but then next time to open the view, it is back to the calendar?
    2. Same as above, but it is happening on a personal view. The user shared the view with me and I see it in a list view, but they see it in calendar.  Again, we switch their view to list and it is ok, but when they go back in, it is back to calendar view.
    3. When on a dashboard, if a user selects "show all records" on a dashboard element, the list of activities opens but no records are displayed. 

    I cant seem to replicate this one my end.  Anyone else having a similar issue or have any idea of how i can address this?
