Hi CRMUG,There are a variety of settings that we've configured and tasks are successfully syncing from CRM to Outlook. However we are having trouble syncing the other way.Our main use case is that we have mobile users that want to stop using Google Keep and start using Microsoft To-Do to keep track of their to do list. Microsoft To-Do automatically syncs into their outlook, but we are having trouble getting the data to sync into CRM onto their dashboard.Notes on configuration:Tasks are successfully syncing out to Outlook.Just today we turned on this setting
But after five hours we are not yet seeing Tasks come into CRM.Syncing is set to both waysAny suggestions before I put in a Microsoft Support request?
