    "With December 2016 Update for Dynamics 365 (online), you can now refine your search results by using facets and filters. Facets are available in the left pane. Immediately after you perform a search, the following global facets are available for four common fields:

    • Record Type

    • Owner

    • Created On

    • Modified On"

    This always worked in the past, but in the new UI I am seeing different results depending on which "hub" you are in.  Custom only sees Record Type, Sales only sees Record Type and Owner - but Customer Service sees all 4.

    As these are Global Facets - any ideas why this has changed?
