Customized System Not an option on Samsung Galaxy S4 tablet

    Hi,

    Our owner just got a Samsung Galaxy S4 Tablet and is trying to access the custom version of our cloud-based Dynamics.  When he choose the "custom" version that we all used it drives him to 2 choices.  For the rest of us, choosing Dynamics 365-Custom takes us to the correct version.

    it then makes him choose CRM Hub or Customer Service Hub - both of which are not what he wants.
    The other possible issue is that the bottom of his apps say "unified interface" not sure what that means.

    I tried to send him the link direct from my computer and it still drives him to the 2 Hub choices.

    Any ideas?

    Hi Erin,

    obviously the user is using the CRM App and not the chrome browser. When he opens the site in chrome he should see the same apps you can see. However, on phones or tablets the user experients will be very poor when using the browser, the CRM app is more preverable.If the user wants to use the CRM App he will only be able to use Solutions that are prepared for the unified interface - your custom solution is not prepared for the unified interface. I recommend to provide a solution espacially prepared for mobile users with only that functionallity that is really needed for mobile users and prepare this for the unified interface.

    To go off of Torsten's reply:  Erin, let us know how the user is accessing CRM: via the web browser on the tablet, or did they download the Microsoft Dynamics app from the app store?  If they downloaded the app, please let us know which version they are using.  This information can help us provide assistance and options for you.

    In settings under apps you can try to disable access to the app
