Recently i noticed that our users all have this Dashboard visible in CRM.  I am unable to hide it without doiong something special, which will also hide it from me (per Microsoft). Has anyone else noticed this Dashboard in their CRM?  Microsoft told me it is only showing sync faitures for each user, so they can correct them. It is just confusing to my non-technical users.  Wonder how anyone else has handled this.  thanks! Laura

    Hi, @Laura Mortick.

I hadn't noticed that dashboard before, but I do see how it would be confusing! We have started to roll out Model Driven Apps for each of our user groups that are in D365. When setting up the app, you can pick/choose which dashboards, views, forms, etc. are accessible in the app. Since I haven't included this dashboard in their apps, it is not accessible to them there. So there's at least one option to "hide" it from them!

I have enabled security roles for these dashboards and am only showing these to anyone with a security role that's Admin or System Customizer.

Sissy, I removed the Dashboard from all roles except system admin but it still shows for everyone.  MSFT told me that is not one we can customize the visibility for this...  Howe were you able to do that?

Oh --- seems like I misread your message and thought you were talking about the "Monitoring" dashboard. Yeah, now i see the one with the Failures is sticky and won't go away :(
