    Hi,
I working for a customer and we have implemented hierarchy security. The manage of the company want us to create a view that will be available to the whole organisation that shows the managers total number of appointments for his team and underneath that the number of appointment of each individual in a specific manager group. There are 4 manager with about 5 employing each.
    What i want to achieve

    Hi @Gedoc Sintset,

I'm not sure that there is a good answer to your problem, but here are a few options based on what I think you're asking:

    * RETHINK SECURITY: D365 security applies to all views of the data. So if your security settings prohibit some users from seeing records that you will need in your organization-wide report, and you want to use D365 views (or charts/dashboards), you're going to need to update security to expose that information.

    * USE AGGREGATES: You could create a separate entity that, for example, is a parent to the the Account entity and aggregates counts from the child records. This parent entity could be viewable across all security roles.

    * EXTERNAL REPORT: You could use an external report solution such as Power BI, and bypass security (risky proposal) to produce the reports.

    * SCREEN SHOT: You could also run reports as an administrator on a regular basis, capture screen shots, and share these via email, SharePoint, etc.

    Glad it helped.

Remember that PowerBI is a separately licensed product that will require a license for each user that consumes reports.
