Advanced Find works in regular view, but not in dashboard

    Hi Guys -

I have a pretty simple Advanced Find that I am running:

If I run this from the Advanced Find window, it takes like 5 seconds and I get 362 results. Perfect.
If I add this view to a dashboard, it will spin and spin and eventually give me a SQL timeout error and the Grid Refresh Fails.
The error log that is thrown is no more than just a timeout error.

I also tried this without the substep to the "Parent Product Hierarchy" and just searched for it within the entity. I got the same error:

My question is why would this view work perfectly in the main view window or advanced find but errors when part of a dashboard? I have it as the only view on a dashboard and it fails. However, it works everywhere else.

Maybe I am missing something obvious, but can you steer me to some ideas?

    Thanks!

Joe, could you include a screenshot of the list's settings on the dashboard as well?

    Hi Joe,

As per the posted screenshots, it seems that you have selected wrong view while adding the list to the dashboard. In the advanced find, I see that the name of the view is "JF Product view sub" while in the list's settings (from dashboard) it seems that you have selected view name "JF product view". Please select the correct view and give it a try.

If you have selected correct view then, it could also be possible that you have made changes in the advance find but have not saved the view and hence the query is different. In this case, please save the view and refresh the dashboard.

I hope this was helpful. Please let me know if you have any questions/concerns. I am always happy to help the community as much as I can.

    Thanks
    Jay

    Sorry -

I should mention it is the same view, I just created one to edit and one for other purposes. Both views do that same action and have the same criteria. I just switched things around between screenshots. However, they are the exact same.
