Sunil - with several workflows failing, a change to a security role could be a likely culprit. If it is set to run as the owner, has the workflow owner changed or the security role for that owner changed? If it is set to run as the user who triggered the workflow, has that user's security role changed? Also, what is the scope of the workflow? If it is set to user, you might need to set it to organization.
I am generally able to spot why a workflow failed by looking at the details in the error and which step failed but when that isn't really clear, I take one instance of the failed workflow and look at the record (or records) that it touches and follow the steps the workflow takes navigating through the records. Sometimes that allows you to see where a step isn't working because some field or value isn't what you expect. We have integrations pushing data into our environment, so sometimes a change to an integration might push data in differently or be missing a value needed by my workflow.
