Updating Status Reason with Workflow

    Hi All,

    I seem to be unable to update the status reason field using workflow (I have been able to do this with flow, but the client I am working with is hesitant to use flow). Does anyone know why? I am trying to set a record to inactive with a specific status reason.

    Appreciate all thoughts!

    I believe when you use the Change Status step in a workflow, you are actually setting the combination of Status and Status Reason.  I looked at an entity in my system which has multiple status reasons for active and inactive and I see bold Active and Inactive with the unbolded status reasons below each.

    Yep. That's the one. I haven't had to build a WF in a while and this is exactly what I need! Thank you!
