CRM Approval Process

    Hello,

I am looking for a solution to implement approval workflow process. I need to have a setup to configure multiple Approval levels and conditions. The approver should approve the record from email (outlook) with out logging in CRM. Because I have high level approvers are non-CRM users.
I know this can be addressed easily using Microsoft Flows. But I have CRM on-premise (v8.2). Thoughts or custom solutions to achieve this without doing deep customization, are much appreciated.

I am looking for the same information.  I completed a PowerApps training session at Focus Indy last year, and the understanding I got was that you only needed a Flow and PowerApps license.

While implementing our internal help desk I was told by a Microsoft support representative that if a user interacts with records within CRM directly or indirectly using a Portal, Flow, PowerApps, or any third party solution, they still need to have a CRM license.

So if there is a gray area that will allow us to use CRM as our help desk (or any other kind of indirect record updating) without paying $200k per year to log tickets, that information would be great to have.
