Issue with BI Dashboard in CRM

  • 1.  Issue with BI Dashboard in CRM

    We have a very basic BI Dashboard displayed in CRM.  It is working for most user, but a few are having issues.  Two people receive this error in both IE and Chrome. We are not sure what to do from here.  They are in the same AD groups providing access, etc.  Our users dont have a full BI license, so they are just able to view the Dashboards, but we dont find anything different for these users in our setup.  thanks for your help!     Hey Laura,

    Does the same issue happen for the specific users if they try to use a private browser window like incognito in Chrome? It seems like it might by a browser cache issue. Thanks!

    Thanks for the reply @Doug Apicella, that did not work. Darn, I was hopeful it would.  We have cleared the browser cache as well - no luck!​ So strange that it i just a few users...

    Laura you may want to look at doing a data refresh for Power BI. Looks like you might just be able to start with a Tile Refresh to see if this resolves the issue.

    If they browse to https://app.powerbi.com and reauthenticate, are they then able to return to Dynamics and view the dashboard?
