    We are interested in evaluating the capabilities the integration between D365 and LinkedIn. Does anyone know, if it is possible to get a trial, where you can actually test the capabilities of the integration inside Dynamics 365?

    I spoke with Microsoft and some partners a few months ago, and the conclusion back then, was that we had to buy at least 10 seats. However, I don't want to pay for 10 seats for testing purposes, and I can't really believe that is the case.

    I can also see from the November 2018 Licensing Guide that there are now two different licences related to Relationship Sales just to add to the confusion.

    Are anyone using Relationship Sales?

    It's definitely possible to have a free trial within LinkedIn, and D365 has a free trial option as well. You could then enable the functionality and try it out

    The trial is good for 30 days.  You have 2 choices for how to bring it in to the CRM side, there's an app for the classic web experience, and a different one for the unified interface.

    Classic web gives you essentially two widgets to work with, one for people, one for companies.  There is no configuration choices, you get what you get.

    The unified interface ones are pretty cool, you can have all the same ones as the classic experience, or you can pick and choose what widgets to add via custom controls.

    You can get a decent idea of what's it like with the trial, but LI does give slightly less functionality for the free than the paid.  And things like CRM sync of LI activities only happens with Team License on the LI side.

    Holler if you need a hand getting set up.

    You can get the free trial here LinkedIn Sales Navigator Free Trial

    Yes. You can downgrade or cancel anytime from your settings page. When you cancel, you will lose your LinkedIn Sales Navigator features at the end of your billing cycle. Be sure you use all your InMail messages before the cancellation goes into effect.

    @EY Kalman @Julie Yack,

    Thanks for your input both of you. I listened to CRM Audio 102: LinkedIn Sales Navigator with Brian Galicia which I can recommend for anyone interested in the LinkedIn functionality with D365.

    We're using Unified Interface. Is it correctly understood, that I need to install both LinkedIn Sales Navigator for Microsoft Dynamics and Sales Navigator for Dynamics 365 Unified Interface from AppSource to test the full functionality of the integration with LinkedIn?

    Are you using the integration between LinkedIn and D365? If so, what's your verdict? Is it worth the higher licence fee?
