I frequently find myself being asked for analytics on the users and their activities within CRM(Dynamics 365). I haven't really had any luck finding a format we love that addresses all of our needs.
I want to see:
- when a user logs in or out
- Last specific use by the user
- what a specific user is working on in CRM (reports, quotes, etc)
- most active users by role
I am sure there are more in-depth things that off the top of my head aren't popping up but this gets me started. I can't be the only person struggling for this basic stuff....What's working for you??
