Letter activity is not accessible in Unified Client. Enable for Unified Client is greyed out.

    Letter activity is not visible in any forms whereas Email, PhoneCall are visible. The checkbox is greyed out in advanced settings?
    Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
    Enable for Unified Client is greyed out.

    It was known issue. I contacted Microsoft and they ran a script from the backend and fixed it.
