    I have 5 Customer Service Managers using the Customer Service Hub exclusively.  They all have the exact same security roles.  One of the Managers reports that the Default Pane and Default Tab settings work for a day or two and are then reset to no settings selected.  The other 4 seem to be fine.  Has anyone else seen this before?
