    Hi, I created a custom activity to represent the contact form data which comes from our web site.
    A customer fills in an email address, but it can be both company email or personal email.
    I would like to use the CRM functionality which is used when an email comes in, and map the address to either Account or Contact record.
    I tried to create an activity party, specify "address​used" field and set it as "from" field on activity, but that doesn't seem to trigger anything.
    It would be nice to use this standard functionality rather than reinvent the wheel and program this search across entities.​
