I have created a new Entity to track some internal requests. I am trying to create a Workflow on it to assign the record to a specific user based on a lookup field (to another entity) on the record and then email that user that they have something assigned to them.
When I select the Assign step, I would expect to see this Internal Requests Entity to assign to a user, but I just see 2 related entities. I don't even see all the related entities I have linked.

In other workflows that I have setup Assign steps on, I always see the entity I am dealing with and it works just fine, but this one isn't showing it.
We are still using CRM 2016 (8.1).
Any suggestions on what I missed or can change to get it to show the Internal Requests entity in the list? Thank you in advance for any guidance you might have!
