Interactive Experience Forms

    Our Opportunity and Lead entities seem to be missing the Interactive Experience Forms. When we create a new form, is it optimized for the new UI by default? Or do I need to find the OOTB Interactive Experience forms for these two entities somewhere to customize for the new UI?

    The interactive experience forms were introduced for the Interactive Service Hub which was a predecessor of the unified interface for customer service.

    Interactive experience forms are no longer used. Main forms are used in the "old" web interface, the unified interface and on mobile devices. So you should create a main form.
