Business Process Flow disappears (Project Services - Project)

  • 1.  Business Process Flow disappears (Project Services - Project)

    Hi everyone,

    when I try to create a project the Standard Business Process Flow "Project Stages" shows up very shortly and then disappears. It does not appear again. I have tried to deactivate and activate the Process Flow, cleared my Cache & so on but nothing helped.

    This problem appeared right after I upgraded the Project Services part and also in a newly created Demo Environment.

    Has anyone experienced the same problems? Any suggestions what might solve it?

    The reply comes from the one and only Michael Nunes so quoting him:
    Hi a client I worked on recently had this issue and this was logged with Microsoft. A fix is to come out early in December as part of an update but you can fix it by disabling the event handler for collapseProcessControl on the Project form properties. Hope this helps :)

    Hi Antii,

    thanks for your Reply. The solution sounds perfect to me - especially because December is not far. I think I can wait for the update. I will probably try the Workaround on a Trial instance just out of curiosity. Thanks again!
