Sending a dynamic report via workflow

    We have several reports to dynamically show the data associated with different types of quotes. We are trying to find a way to send emails to users with the report attached which contains data dynamically created based upon what the user enters into the opportunity.

    Does anyone know how to send emails to users with dynamic reports via workflow trigger ?

    I think you can probably accomplish this using Workflow Elements by Aiden Kaskela

    This is an older repository but might be worth investigating;

    Anthony,

    Our DocumentsCorePack(DCP) solution for Dynamics 365, along with it's custom PowerAutomate(flow) connectors could be used for this type of scenario.

    Check out the following blog where a document(i.e. report) is dynamically generated off a PowerAutomate trigger, attached to an email as a .PDF, along with a dynamically generated email body inserted into the email and sent:  How to work with the new custom connector for PowerAutomate(Flow)

    If you would like to try DocumentsCorePack in your own Dynamics 365 online environment, this link shows how to quickly get started with your own two week free trial:  Get started on your free DCP 2-week trial from the MS AppSource Store

    Or feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any questions before getting started.
