Unable to use Xpertdocs/Smartflows following MS update

    Hi, just want to know if anyone else is unable to use Xpertdocs/Smartflows following the weekends MS update.
    Case is logged with Xpertdocs who are working to resolve it but we use it for all of our event docs and is really affecting the day job, so interested to see if we are the only ones experiencing this issue.
    Error messages are:.
    "configuration is null" or "one of the scripts for this record has caused an error"

    Thank you very much for your question. We have picked up the issue instantly and have already found the root cause.

    Microsoft has updated some Dynamics 365 servers last weekend to version 9.1.0.1x. which causes the buttons of Xpertdoc Smart Flows not to load properly anymore. It appears a lot of third party add-ons were impacted by this.
    The way enable rules on commands in custom solutions are evaluated is changed, hereby caching results more aggressively, resulting in not rechecking the access that is needed when displaying buttons.
    We have sent out the new solution files to all customers to be able to update. So if you haven't done yet, please do via: https://kb.xpertdoc.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=43843597 . The issue should be resolved and everything should be working fine.

    Thank you for the quick response, our suppliers were able to work with you and installed the solution so by close of business on Monday we were able to run Smartflows.
