Hello,

Our company recently migrated our D365 CE online to our Corporation's environment and we will need to establish
licensing on the new Environment.  Is the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement cloud environment license plan still
available for purchase?  We are being asked to move to a different license plan, but would prefer to stay on D365 CE.

Hi Diane,

Unfortunately the Customer Engagement license has been discontinued. Microsoft was allowing those who had it to be grandfathered in and continue to use it/renew it however, It is not an option to select for any new licenses purchased. You will need to purchase the appropriate app license and add-ons as needed.
