D365 forms

    As we attempt to build out our first solution in D365 (latest version), I appear to have gotten stuck on forms... I created a new form, looks fine. I however can only find it when I open the legacy app. (That took a while to figure out as well...) In our on-prem version 8.5, I'd just add it to the app and make it the default - but here I can't even switch to it unless I go into Legacy. What am I missing so that this form is also available in the customer service hub? Thanks for any insights! :)

    The 2 things that need to happen to view a form in the unified interface are to make sure the form is checked in the app designer and make sure you have enabled appropriate security roles on the form....and that you are checking for the form with an appropriate security role.

    Jill adding it to the app was it. We've done apps before in 8.5 but I didn't realize that's what that opening screen of all the tiles are. Thank you! Man this interface is so different. It's going to take us a while to figure it all out.
