    Hey guys,
any help would be appreciated. I am stuck!
I need a word doc template to populate for my quote form. I was able to get it created and everything looks great except for the table. All the fields are pulling in just fine except for my last column which is a cost column. In my formula (crm) those fields are all locked. Its the only reason I can think of why they won't disappear on my word doc.

If I only populate 1 or 2 fields it looks great on the word doc but all the $0.00 fields are still showing up on the word doc table. I have no idea why!
Is it because those are locked fields on my form?

I'm at a loss and I need to get this fixed asap as my deadline is fast approaching!

    Heather,
You might have to take another approach to how you build your table in CRM and in Word. From the screen pictures above, you created the 5 Services rows as 20 individual fields on a single entity. I am not sure how you setup the table in Word, but if you did use the 20 fields on a single form, then the rows appear because the table is not set up to hide missing data. Did I misinterpret your implementation from the pictures, or is there a reason you did not use the OOTB Quote Product (aka Quote Details)?

Using the Quote Product gives you the benefit of having any number of rows, as well as the ability to have a table that only displays rows where data was entered. I have done some development for another customer using Flow to create quotes for customers as well to achieve the desired result.

@Nelson Johnson thank you. I wasn't aware I could go the OOB route. The thing is I need to bypass alot of this and the quote form really needed to give me the drop down options for different services and then I needed to select the days and total price from there. I can do that using the Quote Product table??

This is only being used to create a quote to send to client via Word doc template. I used a basic insert table option then added each field to the word doc upon set up. Is there a better or other way to do this to avoid these $0.00 from populating?

I added this quote form to my 2nd opportunity form for this company to use and its set up as a subgrid on the opportunity form. I need to create as little steps as possible for the call center when using this form. The CEO doesnt want me to have them going in and out of the form etc -so I even created a field to trigger to close out the qoute form when they will need to close the opportunity as WON (otherwise it wont close). I need the least amount of steps for them to complete this. its been very tedious on my end!
