    Hi experts

    We have a strange issue in one of our CRM Environments. Version 8.2 OnPrem, using Chrome. Actually it's in the test environment, which I heavily use.
    The menu bar is garbled in the advanced search window, see picture.


    I have emptied browser cache and even the whole db has been restored in the meantime, but the menu stays garbled. When I log in as a different user, the problem does not exist. With firefox the problem does also not exist.

    Any ideas? Thanks in advance

    Hello Heinz,

    I sometimes get the same garbled advanced find menu. The fix I have is:
    1. Open advanced find menu
    2. Open developer tools on browser
    3. Go to Console tab
    4. Enter the following command localStorage.clear(); // 
    Please note this is not a permanent fix but in saying that it only happens about once a month

    this always happens to me in Chrome- so I have to use a private browser and its fine.... sometimes clearing my cache works too but always a private browser works!
