Looking to not recreate the wheel here. If anyone cares to share their Survey Questions pertaining to understanding your customer/member needs as it pertains to communication / Newsletter, I would greatly appreciate it.
Project: Survey our Newsletter readers
Objective: To find out what our readers value/don't value.
Questions on our Mind:
- Is the content of great value
- Are we delivering the content they way they want it
- Timing - Do they want more or less
Oh - We are looking at using Click D Survey for this. Any feedback about pros/cons in using this tool would be appreciated.
