A lock sign in an active information area

  • 1.  A lock sign in an active information area

    Posted 18 days ago
for some reason a lock sign has shown up in 1 icon area and has locked me out of editing it. When I go into settings and customization to edit the form I cannot figure out how to change the locked position for this particular spot. I have full admin rights for CRM.

    Any clue ?

Hey John, what entity are you trying to edit the form of? Can you send a screenshot of the form with the locked down area? Thanks.

John does the field have field security enabled? If so you'll need to configure the field in the field security profile so that you can see/edit/create. Thanks.
