    I recently wrote an article about Attitude Skills to Reward and Avoid. In your area (CRM development, sales, IT, whatever), what are the essential attitude "skills" that you need to see? What are the attitudes that need to be avoided?

       Great Article. I would add Transparency to the list. According to research done at Harvard Business School, people value your services more when they know what you are doing for them: https://hbr.org/2019/03/operational-transparency
