Hi Heather ~ OH NO!!
I'm so sorry you're experiencing this! This was some time ago... and at the time, I'd just lost my really talented CRM Admin to another company... and so I think I fixed this in a kind of blind panic. I found and watched Scott Durow's videos regarding the "Ribbon Workbench". If you google for him "scott durow ribbon workbench" you'll see his series of how-tos. He's a great teacher. I didn't realize that the ribbon is in a way a completely separate piece of machinery from the other parts of Dynamics 365.
In my troubleshooting, I had the luxury of a Dev sandbox and a Staging sandbox... and I think I just kept BANGING and trying things in my Dev environment until I got it to work. My snapshots show various rules that you can see once you open the ribbon workbench... there was a specific rule that once disabled "Mscrm.Form.lead.IsNotUCI" ~ allowed me to see the "Qualify" button again.
I really hope I can be some help to you...

Subject: Not able to Qualify multiple Leads from a View (missing button)
@Todd Merrill I just came across your post. I am having the same issues. I noticed that switching over to the new UI it removed my qualify button on multiple leads to select at once and only lets me disqualify. Can you please tell me what you used on the XRM side so I can change this to give both options? I couldnt see your screen shot well.
I also am running into issues where I have 2 leads from the same company and when I qualify them I am getting two of the same accounts instead of 1 account and 2 contacts from the leads.

Thanks Nandita, I understand all the basic rules and functionality you are describing in your post... but that isn't really addressing my issue. My "Qualify" button disappeared after we switched to the Unified Interface and was not visible as soon as I started "multi-selecting" Leads from a similar View.
Working through Scott Durow's videos and learning about the Ribbon Workbench... I was able to find my issue. By removing this Enable Rule... the "Qualify" button re-appeared when I stared "multi-selecting". Thank you for your reply!

Hi Todd,
Firstly, In order to Qualify a Lead in CRM, the user will obviously need at least User level Read/Write/Create permissions on the Account, Opportunity, Contact, and Lead entities.
Please note that only open leads can be qualified. Follow the below steps to mass qualify the leads from a view.
For Instance: I have created a view called "My Open Leads" multiselect all the leads you want to qualify from the view as shown below and click on qualify and the leads are qualified and migrated from this view.

First time posting on the forum. Thanks in advance for your counsel. We are using Dynamics 365 v9 (online) and recently switched to the Unified Interface. In the "classic" UI - we had the ability to select multiple Leads from a View and the Qualify button was visible - allowing us to qualify selected records at the same time. Since the cut-over to the Unified Interface - the Qualify button isn't available (Disqualify is). I've been reviewing Scott Durow's videos and learning about the Ribbon Workbench... I'm carefully exploring/experimenting in our Dev sandbox... but have yet to resolve our issue. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
